Prabhudeva Wanted

After reaping commercial success in both Telugu and Tamil, the inevitable is happening to Prabhudeva’s Pokkiri. Boney Kapoor is remaking the movie in Hindi under the name Wanted with Salman Khan and the recently married Ayesha Takhia in the lead, directed by Prabhudeva. The movie’s promos and song footages are already on air and the release date is being finalized.

Speaking to the press on his maiden venture in Hindi, Prabhudeva mentioned that he had put in more efforts for Wanted since he knew the fan base is huge and the fans are more demanding than their regional counterparts. Some learning, we say!

Films premièring at the Toronto Film Festival

Some of the top film personalities including Rani Mukherjee, Lisa Ray, Priyanka Chopra, Harman Baweja, Ashutosh Gowarikar and Anurag Singh will make it to 34th Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) that is to be held next month (from September 10–19th).

There are reports that Dil Bole Hadippa directed by Anuragh Singh and What’s Your Rashee? directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar will première at the film festival.

The Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson, talk show hostess Oprah Winfrey, and Playboy founder Hugh Hefner are also expected to attend the event apart from the Holywood biggies like Nicolas Cage, Penelope Cruz, Kevin Spacey, Drew Barrymore, Michael Douglas, and Keanu Reeves.
